Battery
Our system allows you to remotely monitor a stored lithium battery from an office or storage area, receive alerts in the event of a fire, and extinguish the fire using a fire extinguisher connected to our automated system. A driver transporting a lithium battery in their trailer can be notified while driving that a fire risk is developing, allowing them to take appropriate action, and can also be reassured when the fire extinguisher is triggered. For logistics providers storing lithium batteries, there’s nothing better than ensuring their storage facilities are protected against fire risks with our system.
Our technology is designed to anticipate fire risks through preventive measures and early detection of fire outbreaks.
Receiver
The receiver allows for remote monitoring of the battery—for example, from an office when a pallet is stored outdoors. The receiver also alerts a driver transporting a lithium battery in the event of an incident while driving and notifies the driver when the fire extinguisher is triggered. ▪ Monitors the battery temperature ▪ Alarm triggers when temperature exceeds 50°C ▪ Maximum communication range: 50 meters. - Dimensions: 45 x 80 x 35 mm, 130 grams Communication: Up to 50 meters with alarm Lithium battery: 3.7V 6Ah LCD screen: 30 x 15 mm
The transmitter unit is placed around a container with a sensor inside that monitors the battery temperature. If the temperature exceeds 50°C, an initial alarm is triggered, and at 60°C or higher, a solenoid valve activates the Pyrobubbles-filled fire extinguisher, which is designed to prevent the fire from starting and to slow its spread. ▪ Temperature control inside the container ▪ LED indicator alarm if the temperature exceeds 50°C ▪ Audible alarm if the temperature exceeds 50°C ▪ Activation via a solenoid valve of the Pyrobubbles Category D fire extinguisher when the temperature exceeds 60°C Dimensions: 85 x 75 x 40 mm, 170 g Communication: Max. 50 meters with alarm Lithium battery: 7.4 V, 3 Ah
