With our experience in design, innovation (patent filings) of equipment and recycling lines, we design and develop tailor-made solutions to meet the specific needs of our customers. Our approach as design offices and manufacturers allows us to guarantee high-quality results and great responsiveness.

Far from being standardized, recycling lines are real tailor-made factories. Each installation is designed according to the types of waste to be processed, the volumes to be recycled and the final products targeted. This customization guarantees maximum optimization of processes and impeccable quality of recycled materials.

Equipped with a 500Kw inverter of 756 550w solar panels connected to the electrical cabinet of the recycling line, this option allows you to stop or significantly reduce energy costs when using it.
This option is calibrated and adjusted to our 500Kgs recycling line in order to make it autonomous over a period of time during the day.

1- Disassembly:
* Separation of the different components of the battery

2- Preliminary treatment:
* Grinding and sieving to reduce particle size

3- Separation of materials:
* Use of physical techniques to separate metals from other components

4- Revaluation of metals:
* Recovery of precious metals (lithium, cobalt, nickel, etc.)
